What is the APTOS® - feather facelift method? Feather facelift APTOS® is a method in which facial skin is turned off using a system of threads with opposite loops, springs, gentle undercutting and tissue stitching. There is no need to cut off the skin or adipose tissue as with a classic facelift. This is a highly efficient and at the same time very gentle method. During one procedure, several parts of the face can be treated or, conversely, only one area of the face can be treated separately. Relatively new in the feather facelift are fibers, which are absorbed into the soft tissues after 8 - 10 months. What problems does APTOS® - feather facelift solve?
  • Strong nasal wrinkle
  • Wrinkles above the root of the nose, called glabels
  • Wrinkled faces
  • Loose chin skin and under the chin
  • sunken eyebrows
  • sagging skin above the eyes (sleepy eye effect)
  • indistinct cheekbones
  • Vertical wrinkles around the mouth, called puppets
  • Breast drop (in indicated cases)
The beneficial and healing effects of light have been used since ancient times, but for a long time light therapy was limited to simply adjusting the radiated heat or later to irradiating with infrared rays. However, the real breakthrough in the wider use of the healing effects of light did not occur until the development of laser technology since the second half of the 1960s.
Use of lasers in medicine
Lasers have a very wide range of uses in medicine. Lasers used in medicine are most often divided into:
  • Therapeutic (LLLT) - is widely used in almost all fields of medicine and is used for non-invasive applications wherever there is a need to accelerate healing, eliminate inflammatory processes or chronic painful conditions, etc.
  • Operating - Operating lasers operate at significantly higher power and have the ability to coagulate or vaporize tissues, often used as a scalpel replacement. Some of them have an irreplaceable place in removing cataracts and correcting vision defects.
  • Special laser systems - used to recan the gastrointestinal and respiratory systems, others to remove a variety of pigmented lesions, or to prepare hard and soft dental tissues. Laser dermoabrasions and epilations are very common
Eyelid plastic surgery, also known as Blepharoplasty, is an aesthetic procedure that addresses eyelid drop or fat formation in the eye area. Indications for this procedure are ptosis (This is a drop in the upper eyelid that extends beyond the edge of the cornea. Ptosis may be congenital or can be acquired during life), fat projections, excess skin in the eyelids.
How do blepharoplasty work?
Blepharoplasty is performed when the eyelids drop or fat bags form under the eyes. This is most often a procedure in which both the upper and lower eyelids are operated on at the same time. The surgeon removes excess skin, fat projections, and sometimes part of the muscle. If the problem area is the lower eyelids and fat sacs forming on them, then plastic eye surgery can be solved from the inside of the eyelid via the conjunctiva. After the operation, bruises and swellings are common, but they disappear completely within a few days.
What does blepharoplasty solve?
Blepharoplasty mainly corrects the causes of an older and more tired appearance. However, this does not mean that the environment will start to perceive the client differently after blepharoplasty.
Who is blepharoplasty for?
Eyelid surgery is most often performed on people over the age of 35. If the patient has an innate predisposition to eyelid problems, blepharoplasty can also be performed on younger clients.
Many people want to get rid of wrinkles, but the condition of their skin does not yet require radical surgery. In this case, the application of botulinum toxin is optimal, which very effectively solves the first signs of aging.
What is botulinum toxin smoothing of wrinkles?
Botulinum toxin (known as sausage poison) is a substance produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. The cosmetic form of these bacteria is used to solve wrinkles. It blocks the nerve endings. Thus, no nervous excitement enters the muscle, which eliminates wrinkles. Over time, the effect recedes and the muscle is innervated again.
For whom is botulinum toxin smoothing of wrinkles suitable?
The method can be used by anyone who requires the removal of wrinkles if the method is suitable for a specific type of wrinkles. Pregnant and lactating mothers and people suffering from certain nervous disorders must not be given botulinum toxin. Allergies to some components of the product and blood clotting disorders may be contraindicated. Botulinum toxin application is usually ineffective in people who have experienced botulism (botulinum toxin poisoning). This disease occurs very sporadically in our conditions.
Botulinum toxin utilization
  • Fan wrinkles
  • Wrinkles from frowning
  • Horizontal wrinkles on the forehead
  • Glabellar wrinkle
  • Wrinkles at the outer corner of the eye
  • Drop of the outer part of the eyebrows
  • Release unwanted facial expressions
Fractional CO2 laser is designed to smooth wrinkles, stretch marks, acne scars, to correct pigmentation and to rejuvenate the skin of the face, décolleté and back of the hands. The procedure is performed after the previous application of an anesthesia cream, so it is subjectively well tolerated. After its completion, it is advisable to cool the treated area and then apply an epitalizing ointment. A common transient side effect is redness, which can last for a week or more, but is always temporary. After 3-4 days after the treatment, it is possible to apply a cover make-up. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated after 3-4 weeks.

Injectable lipolysis is a method designed to model the contours of the body in places where fat pads cannot be affected by exercise or a suitable diet. Injectable lipolysis also serves to remove lipoma and is very successful in the treatment of cellulite. Injectable lipolysis is not a substitute for liposuction and does not significantly reduce body volume.

What is injectable lipolysis?

Lipolysis is the breakdown of fat stored in fat cells. It is carried out by injecting a special solution, including a natural preparation obtained from soybeans, Phosphatidylcholine (PPC). This solution affects processes mainly in the field of metabolism. Unlike liposuction, the method does not serve to extensively remove fat deposits. It does not require general anesthesia, elastic bandages or hospitalization or incapacity for work.

Which areas can be treated with injectable lipolysis?
  • chin
  • faces
  • neck
  • inner and outer thighs
  • buttocks
  • arms
  • lower and upper abdomen
  • fat pads on the shoulders, arms, joints, back

If the client suffers from difficult hair, red and brown spots on the skin, dilated veins, acne and scars, and especially aging tired skin, intense pulsed light treatment can be used to solve the problem. < / strong>

What is the IPL PULSAR method?

This is a device working on the principle of accumulated pulsed light, which passes through exchangeable filters in the device. These filters modify its properties depending on the problem being solved. The treatment is significantly more gentle on the skin than laser. The total energy is divided into shorter, rapidly consecutive pulses. This reduces the risk of burns and the formation of unwanted colored spots. Thanks to the smaller number of treatments, the method will also bring you significant financial savings.

Problems that intense pulsed light solves

Aging sagging skin

The main effect of intense pulsed light is to rejuvenate aging and damaged skin, such as the sun. After the treatment, it smoothes out fine wrinkles, unifies the skin tone, tightens enlarged pores and improves skin elasticity.

Hairs

The application of pulsed light removes excessive hair or naturally growing unwanted hair, for example above the upper lip, chin, legs, forearms, underarms, groin.

Pigment stains

Intense pulsed light removes or softens red spots, so-called fires, redness of the décolleté and faces. It also affects brown pigmentation on the face, hands, décolleté and other parts of the body. Enlarged veins and spider nevi can also be removed.

Acne

The PULSAR IPL device can alleviate acne and improve the condition of scars after it.

What is invasive mesotherapy?
The basis of invasive mesotherapy is the influence of the condition of the skin and partly also the subcutaneous tissue with the help of biochemically active substances in order to achieve changes in the subcutaneous tissue and through it the whole skin.
What is the use of invasive mesotherapy?
The main mission of the method is skin rejuvenation - MEZOLIFT - improves hydration and elasticity of the skin and significantly corrects fine and medium-deep wrinkles. Another indication is the softening of stretch marks - invasive mesotherapy is successfully used to reduce them. Mesotherapy can also be used to treat cellulite - the local action of a mixture of active substances affects the metabolism in the skin and fat storage, and thus cellulite.
How does the procedure work?
During application, the mixture of active substances is introduced into the surface layer of the skin by repeated small injections with an ultra-thin needle. The length of the procedure depends on the extent of the treated area, on average it is 25 minutes. The application is performed under local anesthesia and is felt as a slight sting, in some cases associated with mild burning, which usually lasts about 15-20 minutes, in some people until the next day. After the procedure, the client is not limited in her activities.
Getting rid of excessive sweating is not easy in some cases. Does perfect hygiene and various antiperspirants fail? You can get rid of this unpleasant phenomenon very effectively - by applying botulinum toxin A.
How does botulinum toxin prevent sweating?
Botulinum toxin, known as sausage poison, is a substance produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Botulinum toxin binds to the nerve endings of the sweat glands, blocking the release of the chemical that causes sweat production. Excessive sweating is suppressed by this mechanism. Botulinum toxin can be applied to various areas, especially the palms, armpits, soles of the feet, face and forehead, nape, groin or lumbar region. Pregnant and lactating mothers and people suffering from certain nervous disorders must not be given botulinum toxin. Allergies to some components of the product and blood clotting disorders are also contraindicated. The method will be ineffective in people who have suffered from botulism (botulinum toxin poisoning). This disease occurs very sporadically in our conditions.
What is the result of botulinum toxin application and how long will it last?
The effect of botulinum toxin begins within 2 -10 days. The result of sweating reduction lasts 7 - 12 months, sometimes longer. This is an individual matter. Botulinum toxin may not have been applied to all sweat glands. In this case, subsequent application to the desired area is possible.
Due to the increasing age, there is a gradual loss of collagen structures in our subcutaneous tissue and thus there is a loss of volume in certain parts of the face, the formation of wrinkles and even unsightly sagging skin. In indicated cases, the method of choice may be the application of threads to the affected area.
  1. If it is a sagging part of the face, which requires pulling the tissue to the original contour of the face, you can use threads with teeth with a 3D effect, possibly Aptos tensile technique.
  2. However, if we only want to increase the subcutaneous ligament, collagen and fill certain areas with recreated collagen and prevent the formation or deepening of wrinkles, we will use mesonites.
The principle of regeneration of mesonitis after application to a given area is the reaction of the organism to the established thread just under the skin. The response is given by the immune response to the foreign material, the activation of fibroblasts and the re-creation of collagen structures. The resulting effect is given by the architecture of the established threads. The fibrous network created in the subcutaneous tissue fills the volume of the area or helps to support the vector stability of the facial contours. The procedure is performed using special needles with absorbable thread made of PDO (polydioxanone) material. The thread is inserted just under the skin. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia using anesthetic creams. In sensitive patients, this procedure can be performed using local anesthesia at the site of mesonitis injection. The introduced material is gradually absorbed within 180 days and only the multiplied collagen component remains after the procedure. The most common locations for mesonites:
  • forehead area
  • around the eyes
  • facial area
  • chin
  • neck
  • cleavage
What the world stands for is women worried about the aging of their skin or its imperfections. The solution to these problems is lipofilling, otherwise augmentation with one's own fat is a relatively simple aesthetic procedure in which the patient's fat is removed from one part of the body and transferred to soft tissues in another area of the body. The procedure is suitable for both women and men who need to compensate for uneven skin and subcutaneous tissue. It is applied mainly to smooth out wrinkles, but also to increase the volume of the lips. Lipofilling is one of the procedures requiring short-term hospitalization.
How's it going?
The fat is removed from the place that is as close as possible to the newly shaped part of the body, so in the case of the face, the fat is removed from the chin. It is important that there are as few fat cells as possible in place. The fat is then applied to the desired area with small punctures that do not leave scars.
What does it look like after lipofilling?
After undergoing lipofilling, some patients may develop blood production. However, they should disappear completely within a maximum of three weeks.
Most Corrected Areas
  • lips
  • cheekbone face
  • nasolabial grooves
  • chin
  • Fills inequalities after liposuction, scars
Liposuction is a highly effective surgical method designed to shape the body. Especially the parts that have a disproportionate effect on the character and cannot be influenced by exercise or a suitable diet. We can shape the thighs, abdomen, buttocks, hips, knees, arms, but also the chin or even the cheeks. Liposuction involves removing excess fat in specific areas. However, it is not a method to address general overweight or obesity. The condition for a good liposuction result is that the skin has sufficient elasticity. Otherwise, the skin would no longer be able to adapt to the reduced areas and there would be a risk of unevenness.
Liposuction results
Because some of the fat cells have been removed from the treated area, the liposuction results are permanent. In the case of weight gain, fat stores will not be stored in the treated area, but in other parts of the body.
Mi-Roll - what is it?
The Mi-Roll is actually a roller with 180 to 340 small spines. It is used in such a way that you move it slowly over the skin, thus creating very small punctures, or transport channels through the upper layer of the skin (epidermis) to the joint (dermis), where it is necessary to insert effective substances. The top layer of skin is about 0.5 to 0.75 mm thick, so the length of the Mi-Roll applicator barbs is from 0.25 to 1.0 mm.
How is Mi-Roll used in practice?
Mi-Roll is not a medical device, so you can use it yourself at home. All you have to do is clean the treated part of your skin very thoroughly and apply the desired cream or solution. It can be, for example, a solution of hyaluronic acid, retinol or creams against reddened skin, creams for atopic eczema, etc. Apply the substance carefully on the skin and with the Mi-Roll applicator you will "roll" the skin under light pressure. First vertically, then horizontally and finally at a 45 degree angle. Just about ten times in each direction. The resulting punctures heal naturally within 24 hours.
As we age, we become increasingly aware of how much our face is perceived and how it affects our position in social life. People around us perceive our appearance, compare the visible age symptoms that come to our faces, and then put us in "boxes." There is no reason to be ashamed of your true age, but it is still pleasant to go back a few years. Filling materials, mostly in the form of a gel, are a very suitable method for smoothing wrinkles. Our specialist doctors apply several different products according to the anatomical disposition of the client's skin, his age and other factors. One of these high quality products is the Princess line.
Princess fillers
It is a highly elastic gel containing colorless, sterile, cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. It is intended for injection into the skin in order to correct wrinkles, increase the volume of lips, face and facial oval. The effect of PRINCESS treatment lasts on average 6-9 months, in the case of application to the lips approximately 6 months, but in some cases the duration of the effect may be shorter or even longer. Complementary and maintenance treatments help to prolong the required correction. It is not recommended to use make-up for 12 hours after the procedure and to expose yourself to extreme temperatures in the first week after the treatment (intense cold, sauna, solarium, strong sun). Some common injection-related reactions may occur after administration, such as: reddening of the skin, itching and mild pain at the injection site. This effect usually disappears after 72 hours.
Radiesse filling preparation
In the case of this product, these are particles of hydroxyapatite calcium (CaHa) in the form of a gel, which is suitable for correcting facial imperfections. It is intended for injection into the skin in order to restore the volume of the cheek area, reduce wrinkles in the face and hands, correct faded corners of the mouth, contours of the jaw and the shape of the nose and to correct the chin. Depending on the area of application, skin type and injection technique, the effect of RADIESSE treatment may be 12 to 18 months, but in some cases the duration of action may be shorter or even longer. Possible, but very rare risks in the application of the filling are: exclusion of the filling, infections, folds, asymmetry, swelling, the possibility of nodule formation (nodules), allergic reaction. It is not recommended to use make-up for 12 hours after the procedure and to be exposed to extreme temperatures on the first day after the treatment (intense cold, sauna, solarium, strong sun).

Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP) is an absolutely unique innovative method of applying your own blood plasma. In a natural, very patient-friendly and safe way, it enables the process of revitalization and rejuvenation not only of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, but also of the joints. This is material obtained from the patient's own blood.

Where is the secret of plasma therapy?

Especially in platelets, blood clots. These are not only the main stimulator for skin cell growth, but also support the migration and activity of stem cells at the site of application. Furthermore, in growth factors, healing enzymes and other supporting cells, richly contained in the thus prepared enriched plasma.

How's it all going?

10 ml of venous blood is first taken from the patient. The plasma is separated by means of a centrifuge, which is then mixed with a special activator of the individual plasma components. Before the application itself, it is advisable to apply the anesthetic cream for 30 - 40 minutes, for greater patient comfort. After this time, the plasma is applied through microneedles to the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The duration of the exercise takes about 15 minutes. An important part of the procedure is the personal participation of the client throughout the process of plasma serum formation in a closed system. This guarantees absolute safety of the process for the client when handling his biological material.

How long will the result last?

The procedure should be applied in three doses, 14 to 20 days apart. If this procedure is followed, the result is visible after 2-3 weeks and lasts 8-12 months depending on the skin type, skin condition and, of course, the overall lifestyle of the client.

What are the benefits of plasma therapy?

The biggest advantage of this method is the use of one's own blood, ie only the client's own material. This minimizes the potential risk of side effects. The application induces tissue regeneration and rejuvenation. The advantage is also rapid healing, without the fibrotic reaction that can occur with conventional pharmaceutically manufactured substances. Easy, safe preparation and comfortable fast application are undoubtedly a clear advantage for the client.
