The GHO-FM method, also known as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), was introduced in 2003 in the Netherlands. It is currently one of the most progressive hair transplant methods suitable for both men and women. MUDr. Peter Hajduk and his team have been improving this method for a long time, making it increasingly gentle and effective.

GHO-FM hair transplantation is especially useful for creating “corners”, receding front hairline, thinning scalp, and & nbsp; hair thinning in women. Successful treatment is also possible in areas that are completely hairless, such as scars (hair loss due to accident, radiation, chemotherapy, burns, traction alopecia or after previous transplants using the outdated strip method).

The GHO-FM method is incomparably more patient-friendly than other methods. No scalpel is used, the skin is not cut or sewn. Only 0.6 and 0.65 mm microneedles are used.

After local anesthesia, the individual grafts are painlessly removed with a small, specially developed needle from the collection area at the nape of the neck or on the sides above the ears. Subsequently, holes are formed for the grafts to settle in the receiving area, and finally the removed grafts are implanted. The holes have the same diameter as the collection needles, so the grafts fit exactly in the skin.

The GHO-FM method offers more than just hair transfer. In fact, we can talk about a partial multiplication of hair follicles. Unlike all previous methods, they do not completely remove hair follicles from the donor site. A small portion of the removed follicular unit remains in the original donor area, with a 60-70% chance of a new hair follicle growing in the original site.

Solutions for ladies

We have been performing transplants in women for several years. The indications are similar to those of men, however, women’s hair falls in a different graphic image. Hair loss in women is usually caused by serious metabolic diseases (thyroid gland, adrenal glands, etc.). The percentage of women who come to us for consultation and subsequent transplantation is growing every year – in 2010 it was around 22% of consultations and 13% of interventions, in 2019 already 35% of consultations and 22% of interventions. Women are very disciplined clients and are usually significantly more satisfied with the outcome of the procedure.

Solutions for men

Although hair loss with age can be considered a natural phenomenon, if it exceeds the limit of slight loss, we are already talking about a sick loss of hair growth, so-called alopecia. Millions of people around the world suffer from this disability. & Nbsp; About 40% of the Czech Republic,

If we detect hair loss in time at the stage of thinning or shifting, the supportive treatment provided by our specialist after a thorough examination may be sufficient. This treatment can be recommended alone or in combination with self-transplantation of our own hair, for which we have been specializing for almost 20 years. However, if the growth is at a stage where support has no chance of success, then the only possible method of solving the problem is to transplant our own hair follicles with our effective & nbsp; GHO-FM method.

Hair-transplantation can solve the following situations:

  1. receding front hairline & nbsp;
  2. corner formation
  3. thinning crown (so-called monk wheel)
  4. scars from injuries, burns and older types of transplantation
  5. eyebrow loss

Eyebrow transplantation

Like the mouth and cheeks, the eyebrows and his facial expressions express our emotions. That is why eyebrows are such an important part of the face, not only for a particular person, but also his / her surroundings. For communication.
The face with nicely shaped, maintained and full eyebrows appears youthful and symmetrical. Such a face unconsciously creates a precondition for smooth communication with the environment without obstacles. You can find more on a separate page here!
